All assignments are charged at a 1 hour minimum
15 minute increments are charged after the first hour
- A retainer is pre-paid for a specific number of hours per calendar month.
- Hours additional to the retainer agreement are available, if required, and billed at the standard hourly rate
- Clients who have higher volumes of work, need ongoing regular support and prefer certainty in their monthly expenses will benefit from a retainer.
- 10-20 hours per calendar month = 5% discount
- 20-40 hours per calendar month = 10% discount

While I generally provide a ‘virtual’ service to clients from my own office I am available to work at client premises within a reasonable distance from Burpengary, Qld, 4505.
Should travel be required to complete any assignment, an amount of $1.00 per km is payable.
Any miscellaneous out of pocket expenses shall be reimbursed; examples include, but are not limited to: printing, postage, envelopes, specific stationery items required by you.
